Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Targeting industries such as energy and power, identifying potential customers, and developing insights into their needs;
2. Maintain existing customer relationships and explore opportunities for deeper collaboration;
3. Responsible for project advancement and ensuring smooth project implementation;
4. Stay informed about industry trends and organize/participate in market promotion activities such as conferences;
5. Responsible for preparing bid documents, submitting bids, attending bid openings, and other related tasks for tendering projects;
6. Responsible for sales tasks such as contract signing, ensuring smooth contract execution, promptly collecting payments, and achieving sales targets;

Job Qualifications:
1. Age: 25 to 35; educational requirement: associate degree or above, majoring in science and engineering fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or thermal energy engineering.
2. Strong ability to independently solve problems, along with excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit;
3. Passionate about sales work and able to handle job-related stress;
4. More than 1 year of experience in industrial product sales; candidates with experience in instrument and meter sales will be given priority.

II. Basic Requirements

III. Compensation and Benefits

Another unit provides room and board, with a lunch option; accommodation standard: double room.
IV. Contractual Provisions
After a candidate is confirmed for employment by our organization, both parties will sign an employment contract. During the contract period, if any violation of relevant laws, regulations, or internal management rules occurs—such as lax discipline, verified complaints, inability to perform job duties effectively, unsatisfactory performance evaluations, or health-related reasons preventing the employee from continuing regular work—the matter will be reviewed by our department and reported to the company’s General Department. Dismissal from the employment relationship will then proceed according to applicable regulations and established procedures.
